What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save is our subscription program that lets you get your favorite Nature’s Turn products delivered automatically on a schedule you choose—at a discounted price every time.

How much do I save with a subscription?

You save 15% on every order compared to the one-time purchase price. Your discount is applied automatically and never expires as long as your subscription is active.

Which products are available for subscription?

Most of our core products are available for subscription. Look for the “Subscribe & Save” option on any product page to see if it’s eligible.

How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

On any eligible product page, select “Subscribe & Save,” choose your delivery frequency, and add to cart. Complete checkout as normal and your subscription starts automatically.

Can I have multiple subscriptions at once?

Yes! You can have as many active subscriptions as you’d like and manage them all from your account portal.

Orders & Delivery

How often will I be charged and shipped?

You choose your frequency at signup—every 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks. You can change this any time from your account.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. Log in to your account, go to your subscriptions, and update the frequency to whatever works best for you.

What if I want my next order sooner?

You can trigger a Charge Now from your subscription portal to get your next order processed immediately.

What if I need to delay my next order?

You can skip your next payment or push the next order date forward from your account—no cancellation needed.

Will my subscription always ship to the same address?

Your subscription ships to the address on file. You can update your shipping address anytime from your account portal and it will apply to all future orders.

Managing My Subscription

How do I access my subscription portal?

Log in at customers.shop.paywhirl.com or click “Log In” at the top of our website and go to “Subscriptions.” From there you can manage everything—frequency, products, payment, address, and more.

Can I swap to a different product or flavor?

Yes. From your subscription portal, use the “Swap Product” option to switch to any eligible product or variant without starting a new subscription.

Can I add or remove products from my subscription?

Yes. You can add new products to an existing subscription or remove products you no longer want—all from your account portal.

Can I change my quantity?

Yes. You can increase or decrease the quantity of any product in your subscription at any time.

How do I update my payment method?

Log in at customers.shop.paywhirl.com, find your subscription, and select “Update Payment Method.” You’ll be prompted to securely enter your new card details.

How do I update my shipping address?

Log in at customers.shop.paywhirl.com and update your address under your subscription settings. Changes apply to all future subscription orders.

Pausing & Cancelling

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription for as long as you need and resume it whenever you’re ready—no need to cancel and start over.

Can I skip a payment?

Yes. If you’re not ready for your next order, just skip it from your account portal and your subscription will resume on the following scheduled date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account, go to your subscriptions, and select “Cancel Subscription.” We’ll ask a quick question about why you’re leaving and may offer an alternative before you go.

Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

Yes! You can reactivate a cancelled subscription within 3 months. Log in to your account and look for the option to reactivate under your cancelled subscriptions.

Billing & Discounts

When will I be charged?

You’re charged on your subscription renewal date, based on your last order date and chosen frequency. You’ll receive an email reminder before each charge.

Can I use discount codes on my subscription?

Yes. You can apply eligible discount codes to your subscription from the customer portal.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, we’ll notify you by email and automatically retry. Please update your payment method promptly to avoid any interruption to your subscription.

Will my discount stay the same forever?

Yes—your 15% Subscribe & Save discount is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.
