To help us answer faster, include:
- An order question: your order number and where you bought it (our website, Amazon, Costco or another store).
- A product question or concern: the flavor, bag size, best-before date and lot code printed on the bag, plus a photo if something looks wrong. If a package is open, damaged or swollen, or the fruit shows mold or an unusual odor, don’t eat it. Keep it until we’ve reviewed it.
- Wholesale: your business name, location and what you’d like to carry.
- A donation request: your organization, what you need and by when. You can also see who we’ve supported.
Please don’t include card numbers or passwords in your message.
