We clean, slice and freeze freshly picked fruit. Next, over 90% of the water is evaporated in a vacuum chamber. The freeze-dried fruit is inspected and moved into air-and-moisture proof packages to retain nutrition and freshness. This simple drying process creates a crispy, light, nutritious snack ideal for anyone on-the-go, refueling on-the-trails, school lunches; and delicious in cereal, yogurts, smoothies, trail mix, salads, baking, etc.

Unopened, we have established a 3-year shelf life. After opening, we recommend that you eat immediately for maximum enjoyment. If you reseal packaging and minimize exposure to fresh air, crispiness can last up to a month or longer.

We only use Allergen-Free Facilities. Although, we are FREE from the Top 11 Allergens (Peanut, Tree Nut, Dairy, Egg, Soy, Wheat, Shellfish, Fish, Sesame, Mustard, and Gluten), if you are allergic to a main ingredient, please avoid. 

We are also naturally Vegan and Paleo friendly :-)

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders typically process and ship within 24 hours. 

Edible items: Edible items cannot be returned or exchanged even if they are unopened. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we want to hear from you! Email or call us at the contact information below.

Merchandise: Unwashed and unworn apparel items can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size if in stock. Please email us at info@naturesturn.com with the subject line “Returns” and include your name and order number to get the process started. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until we receive the original items. You can either pay for your own return shipping or we can email you a label and the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We’re sorry we messed up! Let us make it right. If you did not receive what is on your packing list, please email us at info@naturesturnfood.com with the subject line “Wrong Order” and include your name and order number to get the process started.

You can choose one of two options:

Keep the incorrect order and receive a refund

OR

Send back the incorrect order and receive the correct shipment. You will not be required to pay for return shipping.

Please note that if the shipment matches what is on the packing list, the order is considered correct.

Send a photo of the damaged product to info@naturesturn.com with the subject line “Damage”, include your name and order number, and we will replace your order.
