Ingredients:
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup freeze-dried blueberries
- 1 can coconut milk (full-fat for creamier popsicles)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions:

Red Layer (Strawberry):
- In a blender, combine the freeze-dried strawberries with 1/3 cup of coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the popsicle molds, filling each about one-third of the way.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until the layer is solid.

- In a bowl, mix the remaining coconut milk with honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Pour the coconut milk into the molds over the frozen strawberry layer, filling each mold to two-thirds.
- Insert the popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for another 1-2 hours until the layer is solid.

- In a blender, combine the freeze-dried blueberries with 1/3 cup of coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into the molds, filling each to the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
