Strawberries are my favorite fruit. They are delicious and nutritious. Smothering them in dark chocolate on special occasions is the perfect treat.

Strawberries are an incredible fruit, packed full of nutrients, and when perfectly ripe, just the right amount of sweet. My mouth is watering just thinking about them!

They are an excellent source of Vitamin C, folate, potassium, fiber, and manganese. Can you believe this delectable red fruit even contains some protein? Well, they do! Just four berries has 1 gram of the muscle building nutrient.

Strawberries are full of healing properties. They lubricate lungs, if you have a dry cough. They help ease a sore throat, increase appetite, and aid in digestion. These berries even help with a hangover. Don’t tell anyone I told you that last trick.

Every fruit and vegetable can help improve your mental health. Did you know, that if you are worrier or overthinker, strawberries can help you turn off your brain? Who doesn’t need a little bit of help with that?

Strawberries are best eaten in spring and summer. But with freeze dried, you can enjoy them all year round.
